Awareness and engagement of international audience, global event attendance for the 4th Block Triennial Eco-poster.

The key profiles of the 4th Block Eco-poster Triennial events attendees were identified. Profiles reflect the individual’s attitude to the issues of ecology and environment, human behavior focused on ensuring Sustainable Development. Changing the behavior of people concerning the environment is the mission of the Triennial Eco-poster 4th Block.

A unique community of graphic designers has been initiated on Instagram which is a powerful art force for implementing the challenges of Sustainable Development in visual communications and promoting the target audience’s behavior change.

The 4th Block international brand communication strategy highlighting the reputational capital of the event with over 30 years of history and the perception of the historic event that caused the exhibition itself has been based on the data from a series of in-depth interviews with local and international target audiences. The promotion campaign has been developed, and channels and tones of voice for communications were identified to expand the audience and create a community of graphic designers around the world.

Value creation key areas and measures to involve employees in the processes of strategic management and product quality assurance have been identified.

Proposals for building company business processes based on blockchain technology have been developed. It has been

suggested to form single digital document management system for logistics in the cloud, to use RFID sensors to track origin and

monitor product quality, to run financial settlements between supply chain participants.
