It delivers exclusive insights on Utah’s accomplishments to date and how you can get involved and contribute to one of the nation’s best performing economies.
Utah has achieved many notable successes in recent years. Ranked by Forbes magazine, Utah is No. 2 for the “Best State for Business,” and has ranked number one six out of the last nine years. In 2017, U.S. News & World Report named Utah the most stable economy. The state has the third-fastest growing population and CEO Magazine ranked Utah No. 1 in the nation for workforce quality. Small business owners gave Utah an A+ in business friendliness in a survey conducted by Thumbtack.com. In every study since 2012, Utah has ranked in the top 5. Additionally, Utah has become one of the best performing economies and consistently ranks among the highest in the nation for job growth.
In an era of economic change and political divide, this Summit will foster collaboration with other business leaders to build strategies for economic growth. Participants have the opportunity to connect with thought leaders, experts, innovators and other entrepreneurs to build business while contributing to Utah’s ongoing success.
Together, we will celebrate and create business strategies to reach new heights. I’m confident your participation in the Summit will leave you with a new vision and connections to elevate your business.

Utah is a great place to do business. And, while it’s important for every business to increase sales, provide good jobs, and find ways to innovate, it’s also important that we give back to the communities where we live,
work, and play. As we continue to grow and experience success, we increase our capacity to do good, to lift our communities, and to make the world a better place for everyone. It’s not just good business; it’s the right thing to do.
