Kim Martin, one of our drivers, received this month’s recognition award within the team. He supports the Burnie Brae clients and staff with dedication and kindness. He goes beyond the call of duty and makes a positive impact on clients’ experiences. He shows Burnie Brae values of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus. Congratulations, Kim!

New Client Information Management System

Burnie Brae is excited to announce that after several months of planning and training, from 1st April 2024 we will be transitioning over to a new client management system called AlayaCare.

What this means for you and your information?

We have used the same system for more than 10 years, and over this time identified many opportunities for improvement with how the system is used and designed. This in addition to the system no longer being available for home care provider use contributed to our decision to transition to a brand new system – AlayaCare.

It will still provide the same privacy and security for all client information, however with many improvement areas in relation to scheduling efficiencies and other tasks.

With any new system transition we anticipate an adjustment period and appreciate your patience through this time as our team learn new ways of working and scheduling your services.

If you notice any errors in how we communicate with you, your schedule or other practices related to your care, please let us know immediately so that we can rectify this in the new system.

Thank you for your understanding during this time. We look forward to how this new system improves the way we support you to receive care services.
