SHERIFF Incidents • Oct. 20, Alex Pena, 27, Siren, was arrested for misuse of the 911 emergency line and obstructing an officer. • Oct. 25, Allan Woodrich, 60, Frederic, was arrested for operating after revocation and operating left of center. • Oct. 25, Amy Kitchenmaster, 28, Webster, was arrested for domestic abuse, battery to law officers, disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer.

COURT Criminal Possession of THC • Carmen L. Wells, 37, Webster, pleaded guilty, was sentenced to eight months in jail and was fined $518.

Disorderly Conduct • Andrew E. Jorgensen, 22, Danbury, pleaded no contest, was placed on probation for one year and was fined $443. • Penny J. St. Germain, 32, Grantsburg, pleaded no contest and was fined $330.50.

Issuing a Worthless Check • Buck R. Zehner, 39, Webster, pleaded guilty and was fined $540.50, which includes restitution.

GRANTSBURG POLICE • Oct. 25, Chloe Hayes, 19, Grantsburg, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing an officer.

ST. CROIX TRIBAL POLICE • Oct. 24, Devin Begay, 25, Cumberland, was arrested for battery, strangulation, domestic-related disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.

SIREN POLICE • Oct. 16, Jaime L. Kasel, 32, Siren, was arrested and cited for operating while intoxicated.

WEBSTER POLICE • Oct. 22, Joseph Clendening, 17, Danbury, was arrested for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. • Oct. 24, Janine Cowle, 40, Webster, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and tampering with an ignition interlock device.
