Burlington Group specialises in ​process serving London​ throughout England and Wales. Court and legal documents are served on a same day-basis when required, or on our standard seven-day turnaround.

Burlington Group also undertakes trace and ​legal process server​ enquiries prior to effecting service

to ensure the best possible result. We can also prepare lifestyle reports which may be useful prior to entering into litigation.

This work is often undertaken on a fixed-fee basis on behalf of solicitors, local authorities, utility companies, finance companies, private companies and individuals.

Our network of agents extends throughout every county in England and Wales, ensuring that an on-demand service can be maintained.

Documents served by Burlington Group include statutory demands, bankruptcy or winding-up petitions, claim forms,​ ​personal process server​ court orders and oral examination orders. Documents can be dispatched to us by email, Royal Mail, DX or courier.

As we are based directly opposite the Royal Courts of Justice in London we often receive urgent instructions to serve urgent injunctions from Chancery, Queen's Bench and Family Divisions. Fees are charged on an hourly rate. Our offices are fully equipped to allow for copying and collating bundles.
