Restaurant & Lodging property members of HospitalityMaine are entitled to TWO (2) FREE PASSES TO EXPO. Simply email your attendee names to Events@HospitalityMaine.com.

Expo workshops are free to any ticketed attendee. We do not take reservations, simply stop by the scheduled time of the session that you’d like to attend.

Online registration is NOW OPEN to all restaurant and lodging properties! Visit HospitalityMaine.com, click on Events, and select Attend to Register Online for $15/person. All complimentary or advance registration passes will be available at the show. You can bypass the onsite registration line, and pick up your passes to enter the show. Registration is also available at the door on the day of the show, for $15/person.

PARKING, DIRECTIONS & SHUTTLE SERVICES FREE OFFSITE PARKING LOT: We’re pleased to offer Expo attendees FREE offsite parking at the Ocean Gateway lot located on the east end of Commercial Street in Portland with easy access to and from I-295. Complimentary shuttle service will escort you to and from the Cross Insurance Arena—a short seven-minute ride—at convenient fifteen-minute intervals. DIRECTIONS TO THE FREE PARKING: Traveling on I-295 into Portland, take Exit 7 onto Franklin Street. From the first traffic light after exiting the highway, travel 7/10 of a mile until Franklin Street ends at the intersection of Commercial Street. Turn left onto Commercial Street (Route 1A). At the second stop sign (intersecting Hancock Street) turn right into the Ocean Gateway parking lot. **Please note, all vehicles must be moved before 6 PM.**

Presented by Scott Cotnoir, Director of the Wage & Hour Division for the Maine Department of Labor and Divya Sood, an investigator for the Northern New England District Office of the United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. 12 – 1 PM | THE GORILLA UPENDS THE ROOM: THE IMPACT OF GOOGLE IN TRAVEL Google’s aggressive advance into the hospitality space is upending search and visibility for both restaurants and lodging. As Google pushes further into the travel space, what impact will this have for your distribution and guest acquisition costs? Learn about the history of the Google My Business Listing, what the March 2019 Core Update adjusted and how these changes are anticipated to impact your visibility in search.

PARKING NEAR THE CROSS INSURANCE ARENA: If you’d like to park at your own expense nearer to the Cross Insurance Arena, there are several options including pay-per-hour parking garages and lots in the vicinity of the arena as well as a limited number of metered parking spots on the surrounding streets, though there is no guarantee that space will be available on the day of the Expo.
