This role involves managing construction teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects and contracts are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of traffic control infrastructure projects that support safe and efficient traffic flow. The Operations Manager is a leader of hands-on Superintendents, Foremen, and Crew Leads. He or she develops production roadmaps to meet the demand of incoming projects, and ensures the right personnel, budget, and infrastructure are in place to execute company objectives.
