Burbeck Interiors is a multi-award-winning interiors collective based in South-West London. We specialise in innovative interior design schemes, interior architecture as well as FF&E and bespoke furnishing schemes.
We aim to deliver stylish and bespoke interiors that are curated by our expert team for properties within London, the wider UK and throughout Europe, for private clients and commercial developers alike.
The Lucullan Collection
Our most lavish and luxurious furniture collection is presented here in our Lucullan collection. We believe the term lucullan, a synonym of lavish, embodies the feeling of luxury that is presented here. The collection has been designed to slot seamlessly into any home looking to enhance the richness of its surroundings. Expect to see warm soft fabrics, with mature neutral tones complemented by abstract art and subtle pastel colours.

The Lucullan collection living room offers a lavish light 2 meter wide 3-seater sofa, that can be upgraded to either an L shape or fold out sofa bed with more details outlined on the additions page. The sofa comes in a luxurious boucle fabric, mirrored by the armchair with antique black forged metal framed, the scheme is completed by a contemporary neutral tone rug. A nickel and black marble top side table, round glass and metal frame coffee table with dark brown stained wood floor lamp completes the room.

The solid black marble round dining table is the centre piece of the dining space. It is made of a dark bronze base can sit up to 4 people around it. The luxurious and contemporary dining chairs mirror the tone of the table, and the room is completed by a large textured portrait canvas artwork. Additional dining chairs and a dining pack can be added at an extra cost.

Bedroom One
As with all our furniture collections, there are three-bedroom designs, each with the flexibility to become either the principal bedroom or a standard room. These interchangeable designs all offer king size beds as standard, with the option of being changed to a single, double or super king. Bedroom one offers a light natural tone button framed headboard, paired alongside 2 shagreen bedsides with 1 drawer and open storage. There are two luxurious marble effect bedside lamps and 2 large pieces of artwork above the bed to complete the scheme.

Continuing the luxurious, light and contemporary theme, the second bedroom offers a framed light fabric fluted bed. Flanked by 2 dark wood and brass framed side tables with polished brass bedside lights. The scheme is complimented by 2 pieces of abstract artwork in pastel colours. King size beds are provided as standard, although as with all our bedroom designs, these can be changed for either a double or super king.

Terms and Conditions
BURBECK INTERIORS LIMITED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1. GENERAL
In these terms:
+ 1.1 “Burbeck” or “we” or “our” shall mean Burbeck Interiors Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 9500650. VAT number 252753502.1.2 “The client” or “you” shall mean any person, firm, company or organisation who pays the invoice in full and signs the Client Profile Form and/or from whom we accept an order to supply the goods, work, materials or services e.g., Installation. + 1.2 Signed Client Profile Form and payment of the invoice in full assumes acceptance of the estimate for service and the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. + 1.3 Further terms and fees; ‘The Site’ = address of Installation. ‘Installation’ = the provision of furniture, goods, services, etc. ‘Failed Installation Fee’ = 100% of Installation Fee. ‘Rescheduling Fee’ = 150% of the Installation Fee. ‘Waiting Fee’ = £180 inc. VAT per hour per van.
2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
+ 2.1 The Health and Safety of our staff/crew/sub-contractors is of utmost importance to us. The client is responsible for preparing The Site for Burbeck’s arrival, outlined in section 4. Delivery and Installation + 2.2 Burbeck will not undertake an Installation if any other individuals or tradespeople, outside of Burbeck, are at The Site. If these terms are breached, then Burbeck reserves the right to cancel the Installation and charge a ‘Failed Installation Fee.’ A new Installation date will be given at Burbeck’s discretion, and the client will be charged a ‘Rescheduling Fee.’ + 2.3 The client is responsible for providing and sorting keys or other access to The Site prior to Burbeck’s agreed arrival time on day of Installation, this includes notifying any concierge or agent to allow unrestricted access to the property. Any waiting time due to lack of notification or access outside of Burbeck’s control will deem the client liable for a ‘Waiting Fee’ until access is gained. If for any reason, we need keys to access outside or other areas of the property, and keys are not available, meaning we cannot easily gain access, the Installation of this area will not take place and will need to be rearranged, resulting in an additional ‘Rescheduling Fee’ + 2.4 The client is responsible for providing adequate parking for Installation. If not provided Burbeck reserves the right to pass any additional fees, fines, or charges onto the client by which the client agrees to pay within 10 days of receiving on Burbecks behalf. + 2.5 Sites must meet the standards of the HSE, with accessible working toilet facilities, soap and hot running water with working mains power and lighting. If these facilities are not available, Burbeck reserves the right to leave The Site and charge a ‘Failed Installation Fee’ and a ‘Rescheduling Fee.’
3. FURNITURE SALES
+ 3.1 The client acknowledges that ownership of the furniture will not be passed to the client until the balance invoice has been paid. Until this point Burbeck retains ownership of all goods installed and has the right to remove items if not paid in full. + 3.2 The client accepts ownership and responsibility of confirming all measurements for each item supplied by Burbeck (as outlined in the pack marketing material) Burbeck holds no responsibility for confirming / ensuring items fit unless paid to do so via our Measuring Service outlined in the marketing material (charged at £500 per site and will give the client a 2D plan outlining the location of each item.
+ 3.3
Bespoke items made for the client such as but not limited to furniture, window treatments and or joinery are non-refundable once paid for by the client. + 3.4 the deposit is nonrefundable and orders cannot be canceled or amended after this has been paid. + 3.5 Burbeck provide a 1 year warranty on all items supplied. This warranty excludes chips, marks or dents and is only applicable if the items are unfit for use or fail to operate as they should. The warranty is void if furniture is used outside of the rooms it was installed in by Burbeck. + 3.6 If additional items are ordered after the install date then a further procurement fee of 20% above retail prices will be charged for each additional item as well as a new install fee for delivery. The client can arrange their own collection from Burbeck. + 3.7 If any items are out of stock the client will be presented with similar items in size and style as an alternative. If they so wish to wait for original items to arrive in stock then Burbeck will aim to deliver and install these items in 1 go once they have been received by us, the client will not be charged for this additional install. +3.8 goods will only be replaced if imperfections or damages are clearly visible from 2 meters away, this must be reported to Burbeck within 48 hours from the install date. Replacement requests will not be accepted if outside of this timeframe.
4. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
+ 4.1 Delivery will be roughly 4 weeks from the deposit being paid. This time frame is void if additional items are required or items are out of stock. + 4.2 If for any reason the client cancels an Installation, Burbeck will charge the following fees: (a) If less than 24 hours notice is received, 100% of the install cost (b) If less than 4 working days’ notice is received, 50% of the install cost. + 4.3 Burbeck reserves the right to charge the client any additional costs that are incurred due to restricted Site access in an unforeseen situation, or if we have been misinformed regarding The Site’s restrictions. These could result in a ‘Failed Installation Fee’ and or . ‘Rescheduling Fee. + 4.4 furniture will be installed and left in the proposed rooms as previously agreed by Burbeck and the client. Burbeck is not responsible for relocating furniture outside of the proposed rooms on the install day. + 4.5 Burbeck will not supply extension cables and it is the clients duty to ensure sockets are close to items that require electricity. Burbeck excepts no responsibility if items cannot reach plug sockets. + 4.6 Burbeck requires a clear Site, free of dust, dirt, tools, building, materials, machinery, wires and trip hazards. The Site must be cleaned and clear. No one must live in the property. Burbeck will vacuum clean following the Installation but are not responsible for further cleaning of The Site. + 4.7 Burbeck will accept no claim to damages within, to or outside of the property during the installation of the furniture unless pointed out to our team on day of install and there is clear proof that such damage was caused by Burbeck. + 4.8 Burbeck reserves the right to cancel any Installation at any time or any day, if adverse weather conditions such as extreme rain, wind, snow or hail are present or for any other reason beyond our control. If this occurs Burbeck will rearrange the next available date at no additional cost to the client. The same applies to any emergency Government guidelines or laws brought into force regarding pandemic safety etc.
5. Marketing
+ 5.1 We have the right to use any photographs and video material on our social media platforms, website and marketing, unless otherwise stipulated in writing by the client before the invoice is paid.
