Palerang Rural Lands Study going on exhibition John Mitchell The Palerang Rural Lands Study report, which paints a picture of the current Palerang rural area and identifies over 36 issues that are to be addressed, will go on public exhibition from Monday 15 June to Monday 20 July. Community workshops to discuss the study will be held during the exhibition period as follows: Braidwood/ Saturday 27 June

Despite it being a long weekend, and people being away, there was good interest and it sparked conversation about what the group actually does. It is a free community
program providing a weekly functional training session catering to all ages and levels of fitness. Zoe Billerwell, a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, has been in and out of the industry for over 20 years and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve the best version of themselves. Asked why it is free, Zoe
replies “I don’t want those that cannot afford it missing out. I want the opportunity to be there for all.” People have come and gone since it began with numbers ranging from three to 23 over the time, but there is usually just over a dozen faithful ‘Fitness Flatters’ giving it their all each week. One participant has been attending every single week, except a few where it hasn’t
