Requirements for Thailand Tourist & Medical Visa

1. Passport with an expiry date of no less than 6 months.

 18 month valid for Nonimmigrant 1year Multiple visa

 Need previous all Passport

 Need GD copy (English Translate Notarized) if lost or missing previous passport.

 Need Marriage certificate if spouse name doesn’t included in Passport.

 Need Affidavit if Family Members Name doesn't match with father/mother/husband/wife

2. One (1) recent. 35×45 (4 x 6cm). Photograph of the applicant. White background in matt paper (Lab Print).

3. Bank Statement last 06 month (180 days) & Bank Solvency. Original Copy with Seal & Signature of Issuing Officer.

 Need Regular Transactions.

 Minimum 05 Transactions in 06 month.

 Need Same Name in Bank Solvency as Passport Name.

 Need Bank Contact Number in Bank Statement & Solvency.

 Minimum Required balance BDT: 60,000/- sixty thousand for single person, BDT: 1, 20,000/one lac twenty thousand for family.

 For Tourist Multiple Visa Minimum Required balance BDT: 5, 00,000/- Five lac per person.

3. Trade License (up to date) if Business English Translate Notarized.  Company Latter Had Pad. With Active Contact Number & Address.

 Visiting Card of Applicant.

4. No Objection Certificate (NOC) if Service Holder.

 Salary Certificate or Pay Slip or Salary Account for Service Holder.

 Office ID card Photocopy both side.

5. School ID card for Student.

 School ID Card Must be Valid, Need School Contact Number in ID Card. Or

 NOC from School in School Pad.

6. Recent Medical Documents/Report (Clear Scan Copy) for Medical Visa. Or Doctor Referral Latter.

7. Round-trip air ticket or e-ticket (booking copy)

8. Proof of Hotel or private accommodation booking for Tourist Multiple Visa Fee: 6,000/=

 The process of issuing visa at Royal Thai Embassy Normally takes 07 to 10 Working days.

 Passport delivery time after 3:00 P
