Salutations of peace and wellness to all!

Venturing into another school year poses risks for everyone- students, parents, faculty members, office personnel, administrators, etc.- due to the still-present pandemic. Regardless, BulSU chose to face the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities of the “new normal”, towards development and innovation.

The possibilities for improvement are endless. There may be hurdles along the way, but there are also abundant means to overcome them.

The Office of the VPAF has been one and optimistic with the University in performing towards the attainment of its Mission and Vision.
