AustCham Mongolia is pleased to announce the appointment of Nomingerel Enkhbold as the Board Member of Australian Chamber of Commerce, Mongolia.

Nomingerel Enkhbold is currently the HR Partner at Sandvik Ulaanbaatar Office.

In the past, she worked for major Mongolian corporations, namely KhanBank and Tavan Bogd Foods, as well as for foreign invested companies operating in Mongolia.

In addition, Nomingerel has years of experience of working with key international development organizations, including Asian Development Bank, Millennium Challenge Account and UNDP.

Project Support Service Manager Worley Engineering LLC AustCham Mongolia is pleased to announce the appointment of Wayne Thomson as the Board Member of Australian Chamber of Commerce, Mongolia.

Wayne has been a member of the AustCham board for over a year and is currently the Project Support Service Manager at Worley Engineering LLC. He has been in Mongolia with his family for 3 years working with the OT Project.

Wayne has spent the last 17 years on Oil & Gas and Mining projects in 7 different countries of Africa, Europe and Asia. 20 years working in Upstream Oil & Gas and Mining sector covering Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia primarily in Information, Technology and Business support roles.

In addition, Wayne is a British Computer Society Fellow, Chartered Management Institute Fellow, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

The Australian Chamber of Commerce Mongolia is pleased to announce the appointment of Tsendmaa Choijamts as a Treasurer of AustCham Mongolia.

Tsendmaa is an Executive Director of PwC Tax Mongolia. She has over 25 years of tax professional experience, the last 18 years of which have been spent on Mongolian taxation.

Prior to joining the firm, she had worked at the General Department of the Taxation in Mongolia as a Head of Mineral Resource Taxation Division, where her role was to lead administration of tax compliance issues of Mongolian mining sector.

Tsendmaa has experience in providing tax consulting, tax compliance, tax litigation and tax due diligence services both to local and multinational companies in Mongolia.

She advises on a broad range of sectors including financial, telecommunication, mining, construction, energy and trading.

Batmandakh is a Senior Associate at Minter Ellison. She is an experienced corporate and finance lawyer with over 8 years' of relevant experience advising international clients on their Mongolian investments.

Batmandakh has been involved in a number of high-profile mergers and acquisitions and cross-border financing transactions.

She has been educated in both Mongolia and the United Kingdom. She is also a registered securities market lawyer.

Chris Melville

Prior to founding his own firm, Melville Erdenedalai LLP (M&E), Chris Melville was the Managing Partner of Hogan Lovells (Mongolia) LLP. Based in Mongolia since 2012, he has developed a broadbased legal practice in the country, including advising

foreign investors, Mongolian clients and the Mongolian government on corporate and M&A, joint venture, banking and finance, and infrastructure projects.

Chris has extensive experience of emerging market jurisdictions, having advised clients on cross-border investments relating to the Russian Federation for over 10 years prior to relocating to Mongolia, including a two-year period spent in Moscow with Hogan Lovells CIS. Recognised as a leading lawyer by several major legal directories, Chris is a regular contributor to the De Facto Gazette, an English language biweekly publication on Mongolian politics and the economy.

David is a founding partner, shareholder and a Board Member of MSM Group LLC. He has over 20 years' of experience in the service and distribution industry. David has served as the Chairman, CEO, COO and CFO of MSM Group, and is an exclusive corporate partner in Mongolia for John Deere, BASF, Daimler Benz, Chrysler, Ford, Boart-Longyear and Moet, Hennessey, among other globally recognized brands.

He is an active contributor in the Mongolian political arena - being instrumental in improving the regulatory environment for business, both Mongolian and foreign alike.

Including a career inclusive of leadership of global teams overseeing significant

business improvement and functional transformation. Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Southern Queensland and am qualified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Fiona is an international lawyer with experience working across Asia, Europe, and Australasia.

Since relocating to Ulaanbaatar in 2019, Fiona has held a Human Resources leadership position in the Oyu Tolgoi

venture, focusing on the multi-billion dollar underground development. Prior to joining Rio Tinto in 2016, Fiona worked as an employment lawyer for over a decade, both in private practice and as in house employment counsel for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Bank.

Fiona is passionate about international development and supporting Australian businesses enter, and expand, in the Mongolian market.

Director & Principle O2 Mining and Engineering Services The Australian Chamber of Commerce Mongolia is pleased to announce the appointment of Julien Lawrence as a Board Member of AustCham Mongolia.

Julien founded and is presently leading a growing Mining Services business (www.o2mining.com) headquartered in Hong Kong with an office, multiple subsidiaries and ongoing investments in Mongolia.

Julien has extensive experience in mining project

development throughout Asia which includes developing a number of coal, gold and industrial minerals projects in Mongolia and base metal projects in the Philippines, China and Kazakhstan.

Julien previously commissioned the first coal project for TerraCom in Mongolia and played a key role in strategically positioning the business for growth through acquisitions, operational expansion and marketing. Through O2, Julien also led TerraCom Australia to successfully ramp up production and profitability of the Blair Athol Project.

Julien is a qualified Mining Engineer graduating with first class honours from the University of Queensland. Julien also is a qualified Project Manager completing a Masters degree in Engineering Science specializing in Project Management. Julien is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Reece Henry

Geology & Development Manager Terra Energy LLC The Australian Chamber of Commerce Mongolia is pleased to announce the appointment of Reece Henry as a Board Member of AustCham Mongolia.

Reece has worked for over 17 years in Australia and internationally in the mining industry in a variety of roles from corporate to operations. Reece has also held other roles outside of mining spending 9 years working in Human Resource, management and running his own business.

Reece has resided in Mongolia for 7 years working for Terra Energy LLC where he was instrumental in the development of the BNU Mine in the South Gobi along with providing corporate strategic direction, project lead and due Diligence to the parent ASX entity in Australia.

Reece holds a Bachelor of Science (Geo) from the University of Newcastle a Diploma in Business from Newcastle College and is a member of the Australia institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AUSIMM).
