Build, What the F#!K is Build? Build is a FREE, localy owned and run magazine made for all automotive enthusiasts who enjoy everything there is about cars, trucks and bikes. This mag WILL NOT be full of editorial B.S. telling you whats cool, whats not, what to buy or what not to. Sure we all have our favorites, but this magazine is for the gearhead who can relate and appreciate the craftsmanship, time and energy it takes, no matter what scene he or she is into. Instead we will bring you local show coverage, shop tours, artist profiles, reader rides, how to’s, mailbag, projects, and multipule ride spotlights on a lifestyle each of us have running through our blood. Our editorial will be kept to a minimum and pictures will be plenty. Being a NON-BIASED magazine, if you don’t see what your into, send us a e-mail and we’ll cover it. From all of us at Build, thanks and keep the shiny side up and the rubber out of the rubarb.

This not so "Little Boy" has been a monster in the making for over twenty five years, and the mad genius whose vision it is, is far from done. Yet, Its roar has been heard at many car shows around Canada and the United States, leaving the echo to be heard for a long time after. People don't run screaming from it, but toward it, with camera's, not pitch forks and torches. Viewing this car scarred us at Build Magazine, and it is sure to do the same to you. Be prepared to see more of this beast, and other creations from the mad-scientists at Top Ten Hotrods and Customs in the near future.

The Gearheads Wife Sigh... Long day... glad to come home... can’t wait to relax. Hmmm... Dishes on the floor, in the foyer. Oh well, at least they’re in the house. Let’s just see how long they’ll sit there. I’m tired, gotta get these shoes off. As I bend down, I notice how dirty the door is. Shit, I didn’t feel like cleaning – but that’s going to bug me now. Thank God for Magic Erasers. La la la, wipe that up, wipe this up, erase another hand print, and another, and another. OMG! I just cleaned this on the weekend! I follow (and erase) the trail of hand prints up the stairs, down the hallway (including all the door frames), into the bathroom, and through to the bathroom. There lays my greasy husband in the tub with some car mags, eating the kids lunch snacks. I glare at him. We both hear a dragon growl as lasers shoot from my eyes. I scan the room for more ammo. Gasp! My good towels! That’s it Mister! You’re in big trouble! There’s black handprints everywhere – and don’t you even try to blame it on the kids. You know what they say about big hands – BIG HAND PRINTS! Seriously, you’re 32 years old. Do you need to hold on to the railing when you use the stairs?!?! And WHY do you need to touch the door frames?! Wash your hands outside and don’t touch my towels! Stomp, stomp, stomp – back to the kitchen to make dinner. My new fav drink (Bombay Sapphire gin & Sunrype: strawberry watermelon) gets me through the meal, small talk, and dishes. I grab my secret weapon (Vim-Power Cream degreaser & a magic eraser) and turn my black bathtub white again. Now, finally, it’s time to relax. This man that I married nods his head towards me and looks at the empty spot on the couch beside him. As I snuggle in, our two girls mold themselves around us. I wouldn’t trade this for the world.
