The lion who learned by experience and was practicing short jumps, was smart, like some men who also learn in that fashion.
There are men, of course, who just won't learn that way, And lions. too.
There was a mean lion who lorded it over all the lesser beasts of the jungle as he prowled about, and made them all admit through fear, that he was indeed the king of beasts. Then he came upon an elephant standing in the shade of a tree. He stalked up to the elephant, snarled, showed his big teeth, and demanded to be told who was the king of beasts.
