The Pacific Coast Division of the National Association of Wooden Box Manufacturers held a convention Feb. 18 ancl 19 at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco. J. N{. White, Long-Bell Lumber Company, Weed, California, presided at the meeting.

The Diamond Match Company retail yard managers held a two-day convention at the company's office in Chico, California, Feb.21 and22. \,'. B. Dean was in charge, and I. E. Brink, superintendent of yards, presided at the business sessions. Mr. Dean was toastmaster of the banquet held in the Hotel Oaks, Chico. The entire 47 yards of the company lvere represented.
