The Pacific Lumber Co. has con' solidated its Eastern and Western sales offices into one central head' quarters in San Francisco.

The twofold purpose is to make San Francisco the sales headquarters for all domestic and foreign sales, and by having the sales office closer to their Scotia mills. to be able to serve all Palco customers more effi. ciently.

Tom Malarkey, Eastern sales mgr., assisted by Bill Stevens and Bob Smith have all moved to San Francisco. Palco's Chicago office closed July 24.

Palco's four Eastern area managers will continue in their current lo' cations in Ohio, Illinois, Georgia and Texas.

Dick Hoover, in charge of sales in southern California and Arizona is headquartered in San Marino, Cali{. Earl Tatman, Western sales mgr., assisted by Bud Robey, con' tinues in the San Francisco Office handling sales in northern Califor' nia, Hawaii, the Rocky Mountain area, the Northwest and all export except to the Caribbean.
