f)NE OF the many services which the V Arizona association has to offer its members is the fact that our association is an associate member of the Arizona Employer's Council, Inc. The service provides our members with:

(1) Negotiating services where union contracts are involved.

(2) Representation with the National Labor Relations Board and the Wage & Hour Office.

(3) Election campaign assistance where a union is trying to organize a member.

(4) Representation in grievances and disputes, which members might have come up under union contracts.

Earle Johnson and his wife of five decades, owners of Watsonville Lumber Co, W'atsonville, Calif., were the honored guests at a reception and dinner celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

Married April 23, I9I9, in Rapid City, So. Dakota, the Johnsons moved to Calif. ornia in 1922 and. Watsonville in 1936. Over 60 guests were at the Watsonville Elks CIub House where the leg of beef dinner was hosted by Earle, Jr., and his wife, Ruth.

Among the lumbermen guests were: Mr. and Mrs. Lew Godard; Mr. and Mrs. Russell Ells; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Robinson, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Bonnington.

Ponels Now Produced in West Plywood Fabricators, Inc., of Redwood City, Calif., is now manufacturing Met-LWood structural laminated panels following their recent agreement with the Met-L-Wood Corp. of Chicago. Plywood Fabricators, according to vp. Rolf Stolesen, also is handlins sales and distribution in the West.
