One group enjoyed nine days in N'Iexico City, Tarco and Acapulco while the five couples in the picture below added anotirer week in Guadalajara. Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan.

Mexico, near Mexico City in which Johns' Manville has an interest. Sam Slaughter' research consultant for J-M, graciously hosted our .Western group so that we would have the opportunity to view firsthand the extruded asbestos cement low-cost housillg and vacation homes.

Also o{ considerable interest was the tour to see the exciting architecture o{ the Uuiversity of Mexico and adjoining residential areas where architects have competed in their modern designs.

This is the second tour sponsored by the Western and again those who partici' pated found the opportunity to exchange ideas and visit with their industry friends {or a most enjoyable experience.
