Throughout 1985, CRA will present 18 all-new booklets, data sheets and project plans as part of a concentrated redwood promotion program. These sales tools have been updated in concept and appearance. Using a fresh, new format, design and photography, the new literature illustrates redwood's unique appeal in both contemporary and classic design. The selection ranges from color idea booklets for dreamers and designers to technical information sheets for professionals. CRA is also publishing detailed plans for the backyard carp€nters. Landscape Guide, a guide for architects and builders, appears each year in the Woodhok, a reference source for architects. The new version of the Redwood Landxop Guide was expanded to 8 pages. Illustrated with color photographs of a variety of projects, it contains detailed information including grade descriptions, span tables, a finish chart and a chart describing the comparative characteristics of commercial softwoods.

Redwood 4x4 Phnter is the fust of a new series of Construction Tipsheets. The new format makes do-ityourself plans and projects easier than ever. CRA is developing Construction Tipsheets for projects ranging from decks to interior paneling.

Redwood Dek Over Concrete is a Construction Tipsheet telling do-ityourselfers how to build a redwood deck over an existing concrete pad. Many yards have concrete patios that have fallen into disrepair. With these plans, homeowners c:m transform the appearance of their yard. The plans are simple and the results are dramatic.
