CIIX new Western Red Cedar Lillumber Association patio decking grades will be introduced to the marketplace this spring to simplify the process of selecting the appropriate grade for deck consrucdon.

"The intention is to make it easier to sell, specify and purchase cedar for a patio d€ck," explains WRCLA executive director Ken McClelland. 'WRCLA manufacturers ofoen have their own brand nanes, but Oese will be equivalent to one of the six new mast€r grades we are introducing."

A poster on the grades and other point of purchase information messages are in production for distribution to dealers.
