QUICK SIX -Franklyn Quiteh leads the PSAC and ranks second in the nation in rushing with 1,039 yards – a total that is more than the combined team total for 12 of the other 15 PSAC teams. -The Huskies have scored 213 points in the first five games, the highest total in school history. -Bloomsburg has a 90.5 percent success rate when in the red zone, scoring in 19 of 21 attempts – including 14 touchdowns. The two times BU did not score occurred when running out the clock at the end of the game vs. Stonehill and at Gannon. -BU averages 33:47 in time of possession per game – second-highest in the PSAC (East Stroudsburg, 34:30) and 10th in the nation. -Bloomsburg has won 13 straight games vs. Millersville going back to 1999. -Entering Saturday’s game, the Huskies are riding an eight-game home winning streak with their last Redman Stadium setback coming vs. LIU Post on Oct. 29, 2011. TODAY’S MATCHUP The Huskies welcome PSAC East rival Millersville to Danny Hale Field at Robert B. Redman Stadium this Saturday as part of Homecoming Weekend. The Marauders (0-5, 0-2 PSAC East) have struggled this season, being outscored 254-39, and are in a particularly tough part of their schedule, facing their second top-10 ranked opponent in as many weeks. Millersville fell at No. 7 IUP last Saturday, 62-3. Bloomsburg aims to stretch its five-game winning streak to begin the season, averaging 42.6 points per game on offense while surrendering just 16.8 points per contest to opponents. The Huskies lead the all-time series against Millersville, 40-30-5 dating to the first meeting between schools in 1916.

tenure of any coach in Bloomsburg history. Greg Breitbach is in his first year leading Millersville, becoming the 21st head coach of the Marauders on April 3. He spent the last five seasons as offensive coordinator at the University of North Dakota in the FCS, leading the UND offense to an average of 33.5 points and 430.5 yards of offense per game while competing in the Big Sky Conference. Prior to his time at North Dakota, he was the offensive coordinator at Division III Wisconsin-Stevens Point after spending the 1999-2002 seasons as special teams coordinator, receivers and running backs coach at Lewis & Clark College. Bloomsburg registered a 38-14 victory at Millersville on Oct. 6, 2012, after roaring to a 35-0 lead at halftime. The Huskies made sure the Marauders were never able to gain any traction, taking their first drive of the game 60 yards in seven plays, capped by a Franklyn Quiteh touchdown run. Tim Kelly tossed for back-to-back scores, including a 3-yard touchdown pass to Larry Webster, and Quiteh broke a 62-yard touchdown run all before intermission. Quiteh finished with 143 yards and two scores on just 11 carries while Millersville quarterback Connor Casey compiled strong numbers by completing 30 of 43 attempts for 313 yards and two touchdowns, but was sacked three times by the Huskies’ defense.
