Heart Haven OutReach Hosts Christmas in July This is the primary fundraiser for the 14-yearold nonprofit organization Registration is now under way for the 15th Annual Heart Haven OutReach (H2O) “Christmas in July” Golf Outing and Dinner Event on Thursday, July 12, at the Bolingbrook Golf Club, 2001 Rodeo Drive. This is the primary fundraiser for the 14-year-old nonprofit organization that supports and mentors struggling teens in the greater Bolingbrook and Romeoville areas. The event will include a barbeque lunch, an 18hole “Scramble” tournament on state-of-the-art, 18-hole Arthur Hill-designed Bolingbrook Golf Course, and a dinner on a “Main Street of Bolingbrook Restaurants.” The cost for lunch, golf and dinner is $150 per person. “Funds raised will be used to help H2O continue offering free programs and transportation for teens in the greater Bolingbrook and Romeoville area,” said Ryan Lawrence, executive director of Heart Haven OutReach. “Without this type of support from donors and the community, hundreds of students would not have access to the opportunities we provide.” Golf check-in and the barbeque lunch begin at 11 a.m. followed by

a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start. This year’s lunch sponsor is AMITA Health – Bolingbrook. The first-place foursome will go home with a crystal traveling trophy. Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook will give away a new Chevrolet to the first golfer able to hit a hole-in-one at their sponsored hole. Other event sponsors will have prizes and giveaways at their holes. Some of this year’s prizes are a set of Cobra F7 Graphite Irons 5-GW, a Yeti Prize Package valued at $1,000, or a head-to-toe signature outfit and a $500 online shopping spree from TravisMathew. Restaurants included during the social hour will be Nancy’s Pizza, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Cooper’s Hawk, and Ted’s Montana Grill. Guests are later invited to the 7 p.m. dinner, the Main Street of Restaurants for the “Taste of Bolingbrook.” Restaurants include Uncle Bub’s Barbeque, Bar Louie, bd’s Mongolian Grill, Tailgaters, Mora Asian Kitchen, Fatty Magoo’s, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, The Nest of Bolingbrook Golf Club, and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery.
