About:
The project was executed as a buildas-design venture, covering an area of 42,976 square meters. The facility includes extensive spa and wellness , with 12 pools and 13 saunas, 206 accommodation units and a conference block. I was involved in detailing every aspect of the facility, including the pools and saunas, as well as designing the guest movement flow throughout the premises. Additionally, I worked closely with my team as a site supervisor, coordinating and communicating with contractors to ensure seamless execution to our design specifications.

About:
Currently under construction on the Olympic Mountain Jahorina in Bosnia and Herzegovina, this five-star luxury mountain resort and spa is designed to offer an unparalleled experience in harmony with its stunning natural surroundings. On this project, I was responsible for defining the movement patterns of hotel guests, meticulously designing all fire safety routes, and specifying the details for doors and windows. Additionally, I developed the schemes for the glass facade and interior doors, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional integrity in these crucial elements of the project.

About:
The reconstruction of this iconic Yugoslav building required retaining the original structural system while designing additions that enhance its modern functionality. On addition to creating schematic representations of all elements, I worked on detailed sectional views and defined the new seating positions for the arena. This redesign introduces additional stands on all four sides, transforming the space into a versatile venue capable of hosting various indoor sports such as basketball, volleyball, handball, indoor football, and martial arts.

About:
This 3,000-seat city stadium in Sremska Mitrovica was designed according to the latest UEFA standards. In the first phase, two stands were planned, with two additional stands to be added in the next phase. I was responsible for the conceptual architectural design of the stadium, ensuring its functionality in compliance with all safety regulations. I coordinated with other disciplines, such as HVAC, and developed the 3D model and renderings. For this and other projects, I mastered UEFA and FIFA regulations and attended a seminar on the installation, maintenance, and care of natural, artificial, and hybrid turf for modern stadiums.

About:
The design for the future Belgrade Philharmonic was developed as a competition entry and also served as my thesis project. For this project, I studied the entire technological infrastructure required for a philharmonic, focusing on how to integrate a large-scale modern building seamlessly into the urban fabric of the city. My design approach considered both architectural and urban planning solutions to ensure the building’s functionality and harmony within its surroundings.

The new 4,100m2 building, with a capacity for 1,200 students, replaced a school originally built in the 1960s, which had fallen into disrepair. I was responsible for the design of the building’s facade, including all detailed aspects of its execution. Additionally, I worked on the interior design and the creation of distinctive features within the building.

The project involved designing a 400m2 supermarket for the Univerexport chain in Novi Sad.
n addition to handling the architectural design, I served as the site supervisor, overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. I coordinated with contractors, workers, and investor representatives, ensuring that all details were executed according to the investor’s standards and corporate guidelines.

About:
The project, currently under construction, involves the design of a family house in Muscat, Oman. At the investor’s request, the design is an experimental blend of modern and traditional Islamic architecture. The architectural layout aligns with traditional Islamic principles, while the design follows modern, predominantly Western, concepts. I was involved from the conceptual design phase through to the detailing of all architectural elements. Additionally, I was responsible for designing custom furniture and managing communication with engineers from various disciplines in Oman, as well as coordinating with contractors.

About:
The Kamenicki Park, the oldest and largest park in Novi Sad, spans approximately 33 hectares and has been designated as a natural monument of significant value by the City Assembly. As part of the reconstruction, a new concrete pedestrian path, running parallel to the Danube, was built over the existing one, covering a total of 6,238m2 of restored paths. In addition to working on the conceptual design, I was responsible for the design of urban furniture and the detailed planning necessary for its implementation.

The project involved the design of a modern kindergarten, focused on creating a playful and functional environment for children. In addition to architectural design and conceptual planning, I worked closely with the investors and was responsible for 3D modeling, rendering, and post-production of architectural visualizations. For these renderings, I utilized SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop to deliver high-quality visual presentations.

The project involved the design of an info point and cafe on Fruska Gora, blending functionality with the natural landscape to enhance the visitor experience. Along with the conceptual design, I was responsible for 3D modeling, rendering, and post-production of the architectural visualizations. For these renderings, I used SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop to create detailed and realistic visual representations.
