STRATEGIES        

Continuos mapping of A&E and Abot-Alam Learners Coordinate with the barangay officials for dissemination of ALS programs/projects implementation Attend LGU and Barangay assembly meeting Conduct checking of essay on-line of some learners who cannot afford to attend regular classroom session Posting of announcement about ALS programs in conspicuous place and distribute flyers regarding ALS programs/projects advertise in social media network Provide assistance to co-implementers in the implementation of ALS programs/projects Home visits, counseling to retain the learners back to the literacy

Raised awareness on the implementation of ALS programs and projects Increased enrolment in ALS programs Accomplished database MIS 001 (literacy mapping) Compilation of hard copy of MIS 001 (literacy mapping)

Fill up enrolment forms by the learners Collect / compile birth certificates and other related documents including their enrolment forms Record data of A&E enrollees Orient the enrollees on the conduct of A&E programs Conduct FLT to A&E enrollees as entry and exit level of learners and record its result Analyzing the result of FLT to see what program suited to the learner

   

Identify the learning needs of the learners Assist learners in preparation of Individual Learning Agreement (ILA) Use different teaching strategies, methods/approaches in all learning areas.

Conduct regular learning sessions as stated in program of activities in respective community learning centers (CLC’s) Secure logbook of attendance of learners in every CLC Prepare Daily Learning Log (DLL) Develop / enhance the essay writing skills of the learners

Compilation of enrolment forms and birth certificates / other related documents Accomplished database MIS 002a (A&E enrolment) Compilation of hard copy of MIS 002a (A&E enrolment) Kept accomplished/ checked FLT answer sheets in learners’ portfolio & its recorded results/scores Record the result of the FLT to determine the weakness of the learners Increase the number of enrollment
