Shipping

· All orders are F.O.B. Baltimore, Maryland.

Counts

· JEDCo must be notified of any discrepancies in quantity or style within 5 working days.

Backorder Policy

· Backorders will automatically cancel and must be reordered.

Returns

· Returns must be authorized by JEDCo.

· Orders shipped back without proper authorization will not be accepted.
