Performance Development Review (PDR)

Set initial objectives on PDR form ongoing performance conversations.

Reviews at interim and end of year meetings.

Probation

Complete probation reviews for PSE at 8, 16 and 26 weeks using the probation form in Business Connect.

Compltete probation reviews for senior managers and Academic staff. 8, 24, 36 and 52
