Its expertise lies in the areas of corporate interiors and hospitality. The head office is situated in Tarapith, India. Capabilities & Services B.U.B.C. possesses the necessary technical and artistic skills and manpower to handle and execute complete interior design services with a special focus on lighting design. Spatial designing is another core area. Our strategy involves focusing on a specific area of expertise in which we are established designers and have gained trust by our quality works in the past. Clientele The company targets clients from the corporate and business world who are designsensitive and are in a comfortable position to develop and run hotels and businesses. We intend to take on consulting work in related markets, specifically in United States, Europe, United Kingdom and the better markets in the East.

Policy decisions The company would adopt standard charges so as to match the price range of services with the budgetary position of the targeted clients. The company’s board of directors are responsible for framing the policies and ensuring their fulfillment. In cases requiring attention, the directors may choose to pass actions based upon the meetings and decisions made after voting. It has to be checked that the company’s policies are abiding the national and international code of ethics.

Market Organization The company plans to appoint a special marketing team who would work to organize press release, post social media updates & print articles on the company’s works.

Marketing effort Creating company’s website is a must. Adequate amount of thought & creativity has to be put into the process to establish an impressive image. Letter heads, company brochures, photo portfolio, business cards & postcards are all required stationary items. A consistent design & stable color palette for the stationary & website have to be followed. For earning recognition and being quoted as experts, our public relations team is intended to position us as the experts in business press calls 

Evaluation The evaluation of company’s services, profits, expenditures and recognitions will evaluated on an yearly- basis at the end of each financial year. The reports generated will be presented in the form of texts and graphs.

Forecasts The contribution margin should increase steadily in the next year as we develop the business and grow, bringing on the expertise we need to fulfill our promise with in-house partners and associates as employees, rather than contracting expertise. Risk value increase with increased fixed costs, but the margins rise too, because of the reduction in the cost of sales. Our sales and marketing expenses will stabilize. We don’t expect to decrease the overall level of expenses, but they should decline in percentage terms as sales go up. Given both factors, we project our contribution margin to increase by 35%.
