Business Summary
We commenced rendering our design services as an Limited Liability Company (LLC). We intend to take on consulting work in related markets, specifically in United States, Europe, United Kingdom and the better markets in the East. We are committed towards providing sustainable and smart solutions pertaining to building and interior design. Over the years, we have developed an elaborate R&D unit that continually strives to develop advanced and cost-effective building design solutions. The project teams will be segregated as Verticals specializing headed by a Vertical head each. Further, the teams will have a design head who would oversee the design based decisions. On the basis of experience and performance, the roles and responsibilities will be allocated.
Market Research
In a rural community with rich traditional background like Tarapith, there is certainly great need to establish a design business. Interior design businesses are not present in the Tarapith area. This part of west Bengal is a rural area, there are several mud & bamboo houses. Despite this, the road networks are well developed. Many construction activities are taking place all around. Usually, the civil engineer monitor civil works and the designing part is also left on him only. Though there are several designers in the nearby Kolkata region. Therefore, any interior designer is likely to feel out of place initially. People possess the funds but they have to be convinced of the benefits that an interior designer has to offer. The company targets clients from the corporate and business world who are designsensitive and are in a comfortable position to develop and run businesses and institutions.
The company plans to appoint a special marketing team who would work to organize press release, post social media updates & print articles on the company’s works.

Creating company’s website is a must. Adequate amount of thought & creativity has to be put into the process to establish an impressive image. A consistent design & stable color palette for the stationary & website have to be followed.
