Our greatest asset is our People, and I am committed to doing all that I can to take care of our People. It’s been four months and I literally have to keep counting the time I’ve spent in this role –because it feels like the time is just flying.
I couldn’t be more proud today as thirty-six colleagues throughout the organization are being promoted or moving from temporary status to full fledge permanent team members. This is a really big milestone for us and this is just the beginning. There will be more opportunities to come in the future. In my new role, I’ll be responsible for managing a number of reports for our Operations Dashboard including mobile access, tower lights, supply chain, inventory management and business continuity projects. I’ll also be tracking our fleet and security related activities and our fixed LTE solution.

In my new role, I’ll be responsible for managing the maintenance and installation of BTC’s mobile Radio Access Network and microwave transmission networks and teams across the country. I was previously a technical assistant and I’ve been with the company for four years now.
I’m a Certified Multi-Engine Pilot and I love flying aircrafts here and in the United States. I have a keen interest in NASA and SpaceX developments, space, travel and satellites. I’ll continue to ensure that any technical issue that has a network impact is addressed timely and efficiently.

Not many have made it to see four decades of network evolution like me. I’m really looking forward to the new challenges of my role and especially having the opportunity to mentor and encourage those that I work with. I’m responsible for Outside Plant maintenance, which includes our mobile towers, all cables (fiber and copper), our infrastructure and power. Most importantly, I’ll be responsible for ensuring proactive maintenance and network stability so that we can continue to be best in class.
