TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES:
No deberás abonar nada por las gestiones iniciales de la reserva de la habitación. No deberás abonar nada por las gestiones de suscripción del contrato de alquiler.
No deberás abonar nada por los gastos de comunidad.
No deberás abonar nada por las reparaciones que sean necesarias en el piso.
Los únicos pagos que deberás efectuar son el alquiler y suministros. Los suministros son 100€ mensuales e incluyen agua, gas, electricidad e internet.
Debe depositar 1000 euros como depósito, 500 euros en el momento de hacer la reserva y 500 euros antes o el mismo día del check in. El depósito le será devuelto en unos 30 días aprox. después de la finalización de su contrato.
Si se hospeda un segundo estudiante en una misma habitación (habitación compartida), se incrementará el precio de la habitación en un 30%.
La habitación es de uso exclusivo del estudiante y las zonas comunes (comedor, cocina y lavabos) de uso compartido entre los estudiantes que vivan en un mismo piso.
Podrás recibir visitas durante el día (9 a 22h), e invitar a tus amigos o familiars de forma gratuita 2 noches al mes.
Deberás tener un buen comportamiento con tus compañeros de piso y con el resto de vecinos de la finca.
Si desearas cambiar de piso o habitación, te ofreceremos las habitaciones que tengamos disponibles para que elijas la que más te guste.
Deberás pagar el alquiler antes del día 5 de cada mes. El primer mes se paga antes o el mismo día del check in.
Los precios de curso académico (septiembre a junio) son válidos para una estancia mínima de 4 meses.
Mínima estancia es 1 mes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
You will not have to pay anything for the initial procedures of the room reservation. You will not have to pay anything for the subscription procedures of the rental contract. You will not have to pay anything for community expenses. You will not have to pay anything for the repairs that are necessary in the apartment.
The only payments you will have to make are the rent and utilities. Utilities are €100 per month and include water, gas, electricity and internet.
You must deposit 1000 euros as a deposit, 500 euros at the time of making the reservation, and 500 euros before or the same day of the check in. Deposit will be returned to you in about 30 days after the end of your contract.
If a second student stays in the same room (shared room), the price of the room will increase by 30%.
The room is for the exclusive use of the student and the common areas (dining room, kitchen and toilets) are shared between the students who live on the same floor.
You will be able to receive visits during the day (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.), and invite your friends or family for free 2 nights a month .
You must have a good behavior with your flatmates and with the rest of the neighbors of the farm.
If you wish to change your flat or room, we will offer you the rooms we have available so that you can choose the one you like best.
You must pay the rent before the 5th of each month. The first month is paid before or on the same day of check-in.
The prices for the academic year (September to June) are valid for a minimum stay of 4 months.
Minimum stay is 1 month.
