Confidence Building Awareness
How would you define self-confidence? Have you discussed confidence issues with your manager or other team members? This module looks at the impact that issues with confidence can have at work and on personal wellbeing. Other topics include: • identifying the signs and
characteristics that someone might benefit from building, improving or maintaining their confidence
• factors that might cause issues with self-confidence • skills and techniques that can help with confidence
building.
