Imagine these three scenarios happening to you: You are a designer waiting for your clients to approve your design but when they finally reply to your email, they are saying that their budget has been cut so none of your design idea can work.
Second, you are a student doing progress report for final presentation. After hearing your professor’s critique, you realized that you may have to change everything.
Finally, you just get off the plane and need to go to another connecting plane. When you finally arrive at the gate for the connecting plane, the staff says that the gate closed a minute ago.
These are awful moments that may have happened to everyone once in a while. People face different kinds of stressors everyday. If we do not pay attention to them, these seemly subtle mood swings caused by stressors might develop into bigger issues.
