Memory, by definition, is the process of taking in information, processing it, storing it, and later recalling that information. This installation takes this abstract process of memory and recontextualizes it. Utilizing sites affected by disaster, this quick-build structure allows users to gather, store, and reflect upon these material memories left after the destruction. The structure then serves as a space of grieving and healing, a place for the community to gather, and a point to start anew.
