INFRASTRUCTURE
Our manufacturing facility is well equipped with all the state of the art equipment's to enable us to offer flawless range of garments while maintaining safety at it's best. The unit has been set and trained by Japanese technicians. Assembly lined manufacturing process are put in place to enable smooth production. Being a client oriented setup; sophisticated machineries are installed to customize the range as per client specifications. Each phase of activity from procurement to final delivery is monitored by the team to ensure flawless execution.
INFRASTRUCTURE Before the onset of production, there are systems set down to ensure that the manufacturing process once begun goes on smoothly and without flaws. The garment is first studied and analyzed. A time and motion study is done for optimizing the manufacturing time spent. This would include sequencing of specialized functions, monitoring of progress and regularity of quality check. Well laid out Quality Manual to control Quality at every stage. ➢ Japanese inspection method right from Inline until final inspection. ➢ Own Washing unit - Safeway inhouse washing unit.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Owing to a fully integrated set up, Suvastra India has the capacity and the expertise to handle a range of internationally renowned clientele. The complete in house production facility includes our own: • Fabric store, trims store, well laid cutting section, • Special machines – Collar turning, Cuff turning, Sleeves placket making machines Hot and cold press machine for better collar finish. • Snap button, double needle chain stitch, bar tack machine, saddle stitch machine. • Fusing machine, cuff turning machine, collar turning machine. • Line system enable ironing and checking units, ironing and checking units, spot wash. • State of the art CAD/plotter for pattern making. • Metal detectors, packing unit with all kinds of hangtags, stickers.
