Mountaintop weddings at Brundage Mountain offer 360 panoramic vistas of the Payette National Forest and a backdrop of both Payette and Little Payette Lakes. Guests are lifted up over 1,900 ft of elevation via Bluebird Chairlift with the ceremony deck located just 50 yards away. A small wine and beer bar is located near the site. The rugged venue is available for wedding ceremonies between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. All guests need be downloaded from the lift before 5:30 PM.

Where the Party Begins!

A brand new tent located adjacent to the new Mountain Adventure Center and Bluebird Chairlift offers space for 200 guests, a banquet, dance floor, full bar, and space for a DJ or band.

Your unforgettable reception is located at the base area of Brundage Mountain with easy access to parking, the Bridal Party quarters and restrooms.

The space is outfitted with tent walls and heaters, if needed.

Accessibility

Wedding ceremonies and receptions at Brundage Mountain are located on uneven ground and may require additional support for guests who need ADA assistance. Additional arrangements can be made for individuals attending the mountaintop ceremony who do not meet the safety requirements (age, height, physical ability, etc) of riding the lift.

Shuttle Services

All events serving cocktails/spirits are required to book a shuttle service from the venue to Mcall. The wedding party is responsible for making the shuttle arrangements. Brundage Mountain will share available services if needed.

Decorations

All decorations are to be handled by the wedding party. Brundage Mountain does not offer any decoration support. The party will be responsible for acquiring table linens and napkins as well as coordinating with other vendors (photographer, florist, cake). Wedding decorations can be set up day of, starting at 8:00 AM and should be cleaned at the end of the evening.

Capacity

The Mountaintop Ceremony venue can hold up to 50 chairs for guests. There will be standing space for additional attendees. The Base Area Reception venue boasts seating for up to 200 guests.

Rehearsals and Rehearsal Dinners

Wedding rehearsals are allowed the day-of the event only. Brundage Mountain does not offer rehearsal dinners, but can recommend local restaurants.

Lodging

Brundage Mountain is located 8 miles from downtown McCall. Our staff would be happy to recommend hotels in the area for your party to stay. Also, camping is available near the resort in the Payette National Forest. Overnight camping is not allowed on Brundage Mountain’s private property.

Parking

Adjacent to the Reception venue and the Bluebird Chairlift is ample parking. Valet services are not available. ADA accommodations can be made with Brundage Mountain in advance.

Weather Backups

Brundage Mountain has an indoor venue that will be used for the ceremony if needed due to inclement weather.

Season

Brundage Mountain offers weddings from mid-June to mid-September. Smaller fall/winter weddings can be requested.

Bar Set-Up Includes: $500

• Coke products, tonic, soda, juices and garnishes, coffee and water station

• Disposable drink ware, napkins and straws

• Bar service for 4 hours

• Additional hour: $100/hr up to 2 hours

Hosted Bar Option

Select up to 2 beer choices, up to 4 wine options and call or premium liquor. Kegs serve approximately 120 16oz pints. Shuttle service required for hosted liquor bars.

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit of the venue fee is due at the time of contract signing.

• Payment of the catering deposit, 50% of estimated costs, is due 14 days prior to the event.

• Additional fee(s), remainder of venue fee, & catering balance will be invoiced within 3 days after the special event or wedding event

• Final payment of fee(s), venue fee, & catering balance is due 7 days after invoice is issued.

Cancellation Policy

In the instance of a cancellation, all payments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is submitted in writing a minimum of 180 days prior to the wedding or special event date. Upon approval of cancellation, a refund will be issued of the DEPOSIT minus a $500 processing fee.

How many guests can I have at the summit?

We have 50 chairs available for guests at the ceremony site but you are welcome to have all your guests join you on the summit.

Is there a time restriction for the ceremony at the summit?

Yes, the latest time for the ceremony on the summit is 4:00 PM. All guests must down load the lift by 5:30 PM.

Can I decorate at the ceremony site?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decor and you can start set-up at 8:00 AM the day of the event at the Base Area Venue. Set up at the Ceremony Site is available at 10am. Please remember all clean-up and removal of decorations must be done at the end of the event.

What time can I get to the summit to decorate?

The chairlift opens at 10:00 AM, you can load the lift and begin decorating immediately.

Is there handicap access to the summit?

All access to the summit is via the Bluebird Chairlift. All guests must be able to load and unload the chairlift. ADA access can be requested in advance.

How late can my reception go?

The venue is available for the receptions until 10:00 PM. Decorations need to be cleaned by 11:00 PM.

Can my dog(s) join us for the event?

Yes, at the reception! Dogs are not welcomed on the lift and cannot join the ceremony.

How many guests can I invite?

Outdoor capacity is up to you and indoor space is limited to 200 guests.

Are any of these venues closed to the public when booked?

Booking during the open season, these venues are not entirely closed to the public and daily operations. However, the public are courteous to your event and we do our best to keep your event private. The base area venue space is not open to the public and would be your own private space.

Is there space available for the bridal party to get ready?

Yes, both the groom and the bride have access to separate areas to get ready.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

All catering needs are provided from our inhouse catering team. You are welcome to use your own baker for your cake.

Do you provide linens?

No, you will need to provide your own linens for your tables and napkins.
