Grammar Schools Those children who reached the required standard for Grammar School and who lived within the catchment were allocated a place.

GLS Maths Test Yr 5 2019 During the year our children take tests which have been standardised to show how well they perform against the national average.

The blue blocks: This is the national graph which shows the national curve with 20% of children achieving 50% and 4% at either end, with 10% and 90% (90% being on the right).

The red blocks show how our children fare in comparison, 15% with 90%, the majority of the rest being over 60%.

The standard of maths in this school is outstanding and you will seldom hear a child say they don’t like maths.
