Hydro-Thermal Suite, Clear Pool, Meditation Pod. Time to relax in the Avalon Facilities. Fresh towels, robes, slippers, herbal tea, filtered water, lockers and naturopathic inspired snacks to be included. - Optional Somadome Experiences (N.B. 25 minutes per person). T he Somadome is an individual guided meditation session with Binaural Beats, Colour T herapy, Mycro cr ystalline Tiles. Meditaitons are personalised for individual intentions; the Somadome calms the ner vous system, entrains the brainwaves into relaxed, meditative states and clears the subtle energ y bodies. - Optional Massages and Treatments: One-to-one Massages and T herapies taken during this time.

Nourishing naturopathic lunch in our Bistro Utopia in the Hopkins Room.

Sound Bath + Guided Relaxation: The group is taken on a journey of ethereal sounds to discover a sense of inner peace.

15.30 - 17.00

Choice between either Yin Yoga, a very restorative, gentle yoga suitable for all body types and experiences or a Meditative Walk with Forest Bathing to connect to nature led by a member of the Avalon Team.


Option 2 | Connect to Your Body Nourishing through Nutrition: Ways to Support a Healthy Body Yo u a re w h a t you eat! Option 3 | Connect to Peace Finding Balance in Ever yday Life ‘Connect to Peace’ focuses on sharing important life skills in order to manage day-to-day challenges in the workplace and at home with greater ease. Gaining greater awareness of the monkey mind and learning the cope with pressures of life can support mental health by reducing anxiety, stress or worry. The ability to be grounded in the present moment with the wisdom to take life lightly can help states of peace and satisfaction to flourish.

Connecting with the earth is healing and rejuvenating for all aspects of our being; bringing a sense of inspiration and calm contentedness. This day is designed to spark a sense of childlike joy and wonder, as we focus on connecting with the natural world. Return back to the elements to enjoy the freedom and abundance of nature.

Option 5 | Connect to Movement Feeling Free in the Body Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Pilates are beautiful forms of exercise with a difference. Taught by our exceptional team these mindful classes are based on traditional ancient healing techniques. Taking you through slow, meditative and therapeutic poses to more flowing, energizing movements. Restoring, cleansing, strengthening and detoxifying the entire system to reach new levels of harmony. This day is suitable for all levels of experience and demonstrates how incorporating movement into everyday life can create a greater sense of all-round wellbeing and peace within the body-mind. So much of our Western lifestyle is spent in linear and seated movement. Our team will share the benefits of these ancient practices such as boosting brain function, working with intention and gaining the ability to respond to difficult situations with greater ease, thus decreasing reactivity under pressure. Experience the beautiful feeling of movement meditation, finding fluidity and freedom in the body.
