All required deposits must be received in order to secure your selected date. Additional payment arrangements will be outlined in your Catering Confirmation Agreement. All deposits are non-refundable.
The final number of guests that will participate in the Golf Outing (the “Guaranteed Guest Count”) is due 14 days prior to the event. If your group’s final player count falls below the initial contracted required minimum player count, the course reserves the right to remove tee times from the reservation from the beginning or the end of the tee time block. Copies of the pairing sheet and/or the number of golf club rental sets you will require are due 3 days prior to your event. We require a minimum of 12 participants to be considered a tournament. For a full shotgun format, a requirement of One Hundred Fortyfour (144) participants is required. Unless expressed in writing, the golf course may remain open for member/public play.
Depending on your selected day and time of your event, food and beverage minimums are required to secure the date.
Current prices are indicated on the enclosed menus. Prices are subject to change according to market price. Updated pricing will only be confirmed within 90 days of event. No food, beverage, alcohol or otherwise, are allowed to be brought onto or sold on the premises by an outside source without approval.
A 23% Service charge and 10.25% City of Pasadena Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage rate, facility fees, and equipment. The Service Charge is taxable. The Service Charge is not a gratuity paid directly to any particular staff member or members who provide service to you at your event. If you wish to add a separate gratuity to your bill for your server or servers, in addition to the service charge, you are welcome to do so.
