At Harmony Café, we embrace all quirks and personality types. Our brand voice reflects that by using welcoming, trendy, and friendly language. We try to stay away from sounding too formal since, after all, our café is a fun, relaxing place to be! We speak in first person and use active voice. Our voice must be well represented through our advertisements, interactions with guests, and our titles for people. For example, we call our customers guests since we care about their experience rather than just their purchase. Our employees are called our team, symbolizing the connection between everyone working at Harmony Café. Overall, we make sure to relate to our young-adult guests and keep up with the times in our language.
