Our mission

Welcome, we’re glad you’re here! Harmony Café is a friendly, inviting coffee shop that’s environmentally conscious and supports local artists. It was founded in Uptown Waterloo in 2016 and is now located in many cities across Canada. Our goal is to provide our guests with a welcoming, sustainable, exciting café experience as they enjoy the most delightful cup of coffee.

We’re not like the others...

What makes our café unique is its commitment to being eco-friendly by producing the least amount of waste possible. Harmony Café provides compostable coffee cups and cutlery for take-out. We also serve paper and metal straw as well as mugs for dining in. Everything is packaged in compostable or recyclable material. We use ethically sourced coffee beans and are committed to fair pay for our producers and team. Our coffee shop is also known for its encouragement of local talent. All music that is played and artwork in our café features artists that live in the region. Harmony Café also holds frequent Artist Nights of performances and art galleries.
