From the initial booking to the morning of the big day we will help to create ever-lasting memories. Our dedicated venue coordinators are with you every step of the way to ensure that the lead up to your dream wedding is stress-free.

“Right from day one, the venue coordinator Jacqui was an absolute gem Over 6 months she answered so many of my emails and questions promptly and met me on numerous occasions at the venue to ensure she understood exactly what we wanted for our day. My husband and I also got ready in the venue accommodation, which really reduces the stress of ‘getting to the venue on time’.

I felt so relaxed getting ready at the venue, and only having to go 50m to where I had to walk down the aisle. The day of the wedding, it was amazing to see everything come together outside my ‘getting ready’ apartment. Jacqui always checked in on me to make sure I was okay, and things were running smoothly ”

Ceremony

YOUR FOREVER STARTS HERE.

This is where your adventure really starts. Choose from one of our unique locations to say ‘I do’ for your ceremony and reception. No matter how grand or intimate your ceremony, we have the perfect setting to suit your taste. We are renowned for our garden weddings, from our Jacaranda Garden to our under construction, Lake View Room you can guarantee a unique charm, whatever the season.

The Lakeside

PEACEFUL AND ROMANTIC.

The lakeside offers a stunning backdrop to your day with a beautiful view overlooking the lake for your ceremony. No matter the weather, the under construction, Lake View Room will provide the perfect setting for a traditional sit down or cocktail style reception for a long night of celebrating

The Jacaranda Garden

Providing the perfect backdrop for a garden ceremony and reception. Guests can be seated amongst the flowers under the jacaranda trees for a truly fairy-tale wedding. As the sun sets your guests will feel the magical atmosphere of your reception under the stars and our fairy light wisteria lane.

The Lake View Room

Bring the outside in with Brookleigh Estate's new indoor function space.

Boasting panoramic views of the gardens, lake, equestrian facilities and beautiful sunsets, the expansive views will provide the perfect backdrop to your indoor wedding ceremony or reception

The Barn

The magnificent, European designed Barn offers a beautiful and unique ceremony location Should you find the weather is less than ideal, the team at Brookleigh will prepare the Barn for your wedding ceremony Already reminiscent of an old woodland church, the working stables will then be ready for your vendors to make truly magical

Courtyard

ehind the Chateau, enveloped by rees and surrounding spa gardens is the Courtyard. This area is a m, providing an intimate location eption for up to 50 guests, with servatory and Terraced archways.

The Chateau

The beautiful architecture of the Portico is perfect for exchanging your vows in front of family and friends with a Chateau backdrop. A stringed quarter looks perfect set up on the grassed tier, with our elegant signing table and chairs placed next to your celebrant. Surrounding secret gardens and deciduous trees create the perfect setting for a magnificent, tranquil, and visually beautiful setting.

The Equestrian Lawn

Brookleigh Estate has the wonderful open area that can easily seat the maximum number guests

Adjacent to our stunning indoor arena, you can set up a Marquee or if you prefer, a beautiful wedding under the stars. With the golden light reflected off the limestone walls of the arena and the green informal hedging, the setting is truly romantic.

Accommodation

LET YOUR DAY LAST LONGER.

Your wedding day should be once in a lifetime, so why not make the most of the exclusive use of our apartments and make the preparations an event in themselves. Our Boutique Apartments & Gatehouse Cottage are spread over the estate to allow privacy for the two halves of the wedding party.

DaySpa

INDULGE BEFORE THE BIG DAY.

We know that weddings can be stressful. Why not book a spa package prior to your wedding and unwind with your friends in pure luxury? Treat yourself to a relaxing massage and relax in our pool gardens.

Pet Friendly

Pet friendly – We know that your furry friends are sometimes the guest of honour at your wedding, that’s why we welcome pets to Brookleigh Estate. Your fur babies, big and small, can be involved in your ceremony and reception. We even have agistment for your horse.

The little things

Easy parking on the grounds for guests. Guests are also welcomed to leave their cars overnight and get uber’s/ taxi’s home.

We never book two weddings on the same day. Which means you have a totally private wedding with no conflicting music or guests

Ceremony only packages from 11am. Monday to Wednesday year round & Thursday from June to August.

Your choice of location as well as full access to the grounds for photographs.

1 Night and 1 Day

Includes Exclusive Ceremony package plus your choice of reception location. Boutique apartment accommodation for the evening of your wedding is also included, plus breakfast for up to 12 guests

2 Night 2 Day

Exclusive use of the Brookleigh ground for two days, with no other bride or wedding party in sight! Includes a post celebration brunch for up to 12 guests at a Swan Valley Restaurant Available Sunday & Monday nights only

Sunday & Thursday Dates

Includes the exclusive Ceremony package plus your choice of reception location Boutique apartment accommodation for the evening of your wedding is also included, plus breakfast for up to 6 guests.

Mid week & off-season

Monday-Wednesday from September to May & Monday -Thursday June - August.

Includes Exclusive Ceremony package plus your choice of reception location. Boutique apartment accommodation for the evening of your wedding is also included, plus breakfast for up to 6 guests Completely BYO and DIY furniture and décor

Reception Inclusions

PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES

Furniture – Seated or cocktail furniture for up to 100 guests Gift, cake and dessert tables, wine barrel bench & outdoor furniture.

Equipment – Festoon lighting is available for the Jacaranda Garden

Access to our beautiful grounds for a photo shoot. Guest bathroom facilities, complimentary parking and caterers finishing kitchen.
