Mechanical plant servicing the office floors consist of three water cooled chillers, one low load chiller and three gas fired boilers. The cooling tower system was refurbished in 2011 and complies with AS3666. The tenant condenser water loop operates 24 hours per day and provides heat rejection capacity of 25 watts per square metre of net lettable area, with 88 watts per square metre maximum on each floor. Typical floors are supplied by 18 zones, each controlled by an individual temperature sensor.
