A hypothetical high end and high fashion hotel located just blocks from the Eiffel Tower and Siene River in Paris, France. I worked along side of two graduate architecture students to create this entire hotel from the ground up in a matter of weeks.

Our class visited the actual site in Paris, and spent a week absorbing the cutlure and brainstorming ideas for our hotels.

I was responsible for everything past the facade, including floor plans, interior architecture, decor, and circulation. With the use of high end finishes and furnishings, bold and sculptural architectural statements, and pops of rich color, our hotel is intended to leave a lasting impression.

HOTEL LOBBY Memorable.

Sculptural.

Intentional.

The double volume space allows for a grand entrance. Guests will find many “nodes” serving a variety of functions throughout the main lobby.

These cozy, single volume nodes are carefullly situated around the perimeter and into the bar area.

Once the guest has had a moment to take in their initial impression, they are drawn to the bar area, seeking comfort and security from the vast main lobby.

DELUXE ROOMS Deluxe Guest Rooms supply unobstructed views to the eiffel tower from every viewpoint in the room.

With the use of layered lighting, intentional lines, and luxury finishes, these rooms are designed to be remembered.

SUITES Panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower, Trochedero, and River Seine are offered in each of the suites.

While similar in style to the Deluxe Rooms, the suites are turned up a notch with sleek designer furnishings and details like a fireplace, bar, entertaining space, and spa bath.

A hypothetical workplace design project completed independently during my 3rd year of design school.

COMFORT

A multifunctional space that gives users - “positive and negative charges” the freedom to choose the best environment for their personal efficiency and wellbeing.

Charges will be naturally pulled, like magnets, seamlessly into the collaborative space through the use of transparency - to stimulate curiosity - and comforting colors / textured materials - in order to make the collaborative space feel more inviting and less intimidating.

O R G A N I Z A T I O N The spaces are coded into four categories: We Work, I Work, We Time, and Me Time. This allows team members to choose the working environment that best suits their individual needs at any given time.

Each space is tailored to fit one or more of these roles, and are arranged in a way that allows for easy access from anywhere around the office, as well as supplying suitable privacy levels.

By offering a variety of work spaces and postures, employees feel the power to choose.

I A L The following are projects that I directed and rendered for The House Designers, the leading online house plan sales company in the country. I was given construction plans for each home project, and was tasked with bringing the architect’s plans to life for the customer’s visualization.

This included choosing appropriate furnishings and finishes that would appeal to a wide range of customers, as these images are the first thing the customer sees when they land on a plan page.

The intent behind these renderings was to provide the customer with an accurate depiction of space relations within the plans, as the majority of customers were inexperienced home builders.

B E L L E

The “Lucky Belle” is a large single family home designed by Archival Designs exclusively for The House Designers.

I collaborated with the architect to create a more widely accessible floor plan and facade that would appeal to a range of customers based on sales data. I was given the freedom to choose the materials and landscaping for the renderings, and completed the renderings myself.

This was the most sold exclusive plan on The House Designers website in 2020.

H O L LY B U S H

The “Hollybush” is a small single story bungalow designed by Alan Mascord Design Associates, exclusively for The House Designers.

The Architect & I worked together to create a timeless bungalow facade along with an extrememly versitile floor plan.

I chose the interior and exterior finishes and rendered the project for the site.

This was my favorite exterior project to work on because it gave me the chance to reference traditional bungalow design, and gave me a break from our ever-popular modern farmhouse style homes.

A small cabin plan with gorgeous vaulted ceilings and expansive windows. This plan was designed by Jerold Axelrod, owner of Perfect Home Plans. I curated suitable furnishings and finishes to represent this unique cabin plan and created the interior renderings for The House Designers site. I was asked to base the design off of the Restoration Hardware Ski Lodge catalog.

My favorite outlets of expression are through sketching, graphic design, fashion, and photography.

I have recently created a vintage and second hand decor business, “lils.tudio”.

This allows me to mix my passion for thrifted goods with my eye for aesthetic home decor. I created the branding myself, you can check it out on instagram @lils.tudio!

Each one of these photos is from a memory in my life that I was able to capture. I took each of these photos myself, and edited them using photoshop or lightroom. These are some of my favorite pieces of my creative art, because they are both beautiful and sentimental.
