UV resistant and due to the thick backing is able to withstand high mechanical stress. A tough flexible PVC tape with an aggressive rubber adhesive, the tape is easy to unwind which allows accurate positioning and prevents shrinkage after application. All plates are UV stabilised and epoxy coated to stand up to a wide range of harsh Australian conditions.

LADDER RUNG COVERS

Falls from workplace ladders are common in Australia and are known to result in broken bones, severe spinal or head injuries, or even fatalities. Did you know: Even a brand new ladder with untreated metal or wooden rungs can be highly dangerous. Rung covers anti-slip functions will not be impacted by severe weather, spillages or even immersion in viscous or corrosive fluids.

Bronson Safety ProStep stair nosing is manufactured from reinforced aluminum extrusion, milled in a square faced anodised finish to provide a long term attractive non-slip solution. It is available with either a 10 or 30mm lip over the stair. It is available with 4 different insert types:

1. P5/R13 rated carborundum grit surface insert available in yellow, grey and black.

2. P5/R13 rated carborundum grit surface insert with a photoluminescent strip available in yellow, grey and black.

Stair nosing can be cut to any length you require up to 3.6metres long. Please let us know what substrate you are using so we supply the right drill bits and screws.

Easy to install for both indoor and outdoor applications Bronson Safety ProStep stair nosing is supplied pre-drilled, counter sunk and cut to length, with all necessary stainless steel fixing screws and anchors, ready to install. They come supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive backing. Once installed, any unsightly screws are concealed to ensure the product can not be tampered with, so your investment will continue to look great for a long time. Bronson Safety ProStep stair nosings are easy to retro-fit on to concrete, ceramic tiles and timber. We offer stair nosings in two standard lengths (900 and 1200mm) to fit most stair widths.

FRP STAIR NOSING & FLAT PLATES

Bronson Safety FRP Stair Nosings & Flat Plates have been designed to offer superior long lasting slip resistance and durability for a variety of applications. Manufactured from Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) composite material they are lightweight, high strength and available in two options; Flat Plate or with a 10mm Return Lip. They are also available in two colours, Yellow or Black, to suit your specific requirements. Suitable for installation on multiple surfaces including concrete, steel, chequer plate, timber etc. You can install them with confidence knowing they have been Slip Resistance tested and exceed Australian Standard AS4586:2013 requirements passing the highest slip resistance rating of Class P5.

• Class P5 slip rated exceeding AS4586:2013. Test Certificate available upon request.

• Suitable for indoor & outdoor installation on hard surface stairs such as concrete, steel, chequer plate, timber etc.

ECONOMY ALUMINIUM STAIR NOSING CARBORUNDUM

Bronson Safety now offers a cost effective solution to your stair nosing needs. Stair nosing is manufactured from reinforced aluminium extrusion, milled in a square faced anodised finish with 10mm return lip to provide an architecturally appealing non-slip solution. The Carborundum insert provides maximum anti-slip resistance and is suitable for both internal & external applications. ALUMINIUM 1.6mm thick Capral Aluminium provides added strength and rigidity required for traffic and parking signs. Provides outstanding corrosion resistance.

FLUTE Made from 3mm thick corrugated plastic to provide a lightweight and economical sign. Flexible enough to mount on curved surfaces such as fencing and gates. Ideal for temporary solutions such as construction sites.

METAL (COLOURBOND STEEL) Recommended for outdoor use and harsh conditions. Expected life between 5 to 8 years. All signs come with rounded corners and pre-drilled holes.
