SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSITS

A credit card on file with a pre-authorized security deposit of $3,000 is required 30 business days before the event The deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after the event, provided there are no damages to the property

PAYMENTS TERMS & RESERVATION

An initial non-refundable confirmation deposit of 25% is needed to hold venue for specified date of event and is payable at the time of contract submission Holidays require a 50% nonrefundable payment in advance in order to reserve venue. The remaining balance (along with security/ damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to the event date via certified check, ACH, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). Please note there is a 4% processing fee when paying with credit card

EVENT TIME

During the weekday, event can not except past 12AM On weekends, events can go late as 1AM

AMENITIES

Fully equipped catering kitchen, private bridal/VIP suite, SONOS (ready sound system), Outdoor patio with fireplace and lush garden Additional lighting fixtures and premium Audio PA System available Please inquire with your site manager

PARKING

Casita Hollywood is in a residential heavy neighborhood with limited street parking Clients must contract with our exclusive valet vendor, Proper Parking, to provide service to guest

RESTROOM ATTENDANTS & SECURITY

Minimum one Security Guard(s) required ($45 per hour, 4 hour minimum)

Number of restroom attendant and security guards dependent on guest size and type of event

CATERING & BAR

Catering must be through our approved vendor list If outside caterer is used, cater must be approved by onsite manager (pending formal walkthrough) and a $1,500 buy out fee will be assessed

Bar service will be provided by venue (please inquire on bar package cost) If client wishes to use an outside bar vendor, a $5,000 bar buyout fee will apply All other services such as outside rentals must be contracted through insured external vendors Our site managers can provide all potential clients with recommendations

CAPACITY

Up to 220 guests for a seated indoor ceremony or up to 160 seated dinner reception with dance floor Up to 200 for guest without the dance floor Up to 459 guest for an informally seated cocktail style event (with no ceremony onsite) Outdoor property can accommodate ceremony and reception on site
