ÉLÉMENT SOUPLES - Gamme PVC 105°C FLEXIBLE ELEMENTS - Range PVC 105 °C DÉFINITION / DEFINITION Les barres souples isolées «Éléments Flexibles» sont composées d’un empilage de lames conductrices en couvre nu ou étamé, revêtues d’un isolant PVC noir The flexible copper busbars in the FLEXICOBRE range consist of an assembly of (Cu-ETP) copper strips, protected by an extruded PVC sheath (from 9mm to 50mm)* which ensures the products are dielectrically insulated irrespective of how the bars are distorted or their conditions of use.

INTENSITÉ MAXIMUM ADMISSIBLE / PERMISSIBLE CURRENT RATING : L’ Intensité maximale en régime permanent pour une température ambiante donnée doit être déterminée pour que la température du conducteur ne dépasse pas 90°C ou 105°C ci-dessous (tableau des valeurs ci-après).

The steady operating current shall be such that the temperature reached by the conductor shall not be greater than 90°C or 105°C (See values on table below after).

Exemple / Example : Élément Souple ES 24X1X8 CRN Température ambiante Ta = 40 °C Conducteur en cuivre rouge ΔT = 50 °C Donc Ta + ΔT = 90 °C Regarder dans la colonne ΔT 50° l’intensité correspondante.

L’intensité correspondante dans ce cas est 700 A

Flexible Element ES 24X1X8 CRN Temperature ambiante Ta = 40°C Red copper conductor ΔT = 50°C Then Ta + ΔT = 90°C Select in the column 50°C rise the suitable current .

In this case the current is 700 A.

Nota: L’UL recommande de ne pas dépasser les 90°C pour les barres en cuivre rouge et 105°C pour les barres en cuivre étamé.
