PRODUCTS AND INNOVATION
Processors
Our full range of LED processors includes the renowned Tessera SX40 which gained its gold standard reputation in live events. The processor became central to the in-camera virtual effects (ICVFX) revolution and won an Engineering, Science & Technology Emmy ® Award.
FULL RANGE OF PROCESSORS
We offer a complete range of LED processors, from the Tessera T1, which has been designed as a cost-effective but versatile solution for smaller projects, to the Tessera SQ200, the world’s most powerful 8K LED video processor and flagship of our Gen 3 range.
GEN 3 PROCESSING: SQ200
The Tessera SQ200 delivers the same outstanding SX40 feature set but with support for 8K and 4x4K workflows, and AV over IP protocols such as ST 2110 and IPMX. As the world’s most powerful 8K LED video processor, the SQ200 is the processor of the future.
XD DATA DISTRIBUTION UNIT
The XD Data Distribution Unit, developed along with the SX40, was applauded by the live event industry. It delivers a sophisticated, single box solution, allowing technicians to use considerably less cables – simplifying video wall setups and amplifying efficiency.
PROCESSOR #001001
The Tessera M2 was the first in our line of processors. Unit #001001, which left our factory on 19 November 2012, is still part of an active touring inventory, and still receiving software updates. It was a special guest at our 10 th anniversary celebrations – a symbol of Brompton reliability and return-on-investment.
Receiver Cards
The Tessera R2 set a benchmark in LED processing with its compact form factor and flexibility to support a huge range of panel types, and evolved into the highly successful R2+. The Tessera G1 is the first of a new type of receiver card, with much more processing power, anticipating the requirements and demands to support the LED panels of the future.
MEET THE FUTURE: TESSERA G1
The G1 is the most powerful receiver card to ever go into an LED panel. It has ushered in next generation panels that have extra emitters, and provides a platform for ongoing innovation, already making new TrueLight ® technology possible.

DYNAMIC CALIBRATION AND HYDRA
A breakthrough in LED processing, Dynamic Calibration delivers new levels of performance, colour accuracy and image quality compared to legacy calibration techniques and enables Brompton HDR – even for existing inventories of LED panels. Calibration is achieved using the unique Hydra calibration system.
Performing spectrally-aware, full-colour calibration of all four emitters in new RGBW LED panels, TrueLight enables filmmakers to take up the best of what an LED stage offers: the lighting and reflections from the LED panels themselves – without compromising colour quality in other areas.
Software Features
We design products that are platforms for software and that can gain new features over their working life. This enables us to respond to user needs quickly and meet the increasing complexities of optimising visual performance on LED. Groundbreaking features such as Frame Remapping, ShutterSync, Extended Bit Depth and support for HDR video have all been introduced in free software upgrades, which is an important part of how we bring extra value to our customers.

Our Gen 3 processing range introduces support for the latest resolutions and protocols, including ST 2110 and IPMX, to deliver a future-proof platform capable of handling the most demanding applications. It leads with the SQ200 LED processor.
TESSERA SQ200
The SQ200 supports 8K and 4x4K workflows and offers a massive 200 Gbps of Ethernet bandwidth for output to LED panels. It sets a new benchmark for performance and offers new opportunities for feature innovation.
