Either complete your online entry form and make a bank payment to Bromham Show Account 51328267, sort code 60-02-13, Nat West, or complete the entry form delivered with your show brochure (to each home in Bromham) and put it, together with your payment in cash, in one of the show entry boxes, which are located at One Stop in Molivers Lane and Welcome Bromham stores. These will be in place by 1st June until 5pm on 7th July 2023.
You may enter a maximum of 3 in one class but please indicate the exact number if more than 1. Exhibits must be pre-entered before show day. On show day bring your exhibits to the Village Hall between 8.00am – 10.00am. Collect your exhibit cards from the entry table & display your exhibits as directed, with the card folded so that your name is on the inside. NB the village hall must be vacated by 10.15am. Exhibits may be refused after 10.00am as judging will then commence. No one (except stewards & judges) will be allowed in the halls.
The halls will be re-opened for entrants and public to view after the completion of judging and as directed by the steward in charge. The presentation of the trophies will be after 3pm in the arena. Prizes to be collected from the control table in the hall, following trophy presentations. Please bring your winner’s certificates, which would have been placed by your entry. We would appreciate the exhibits remaining on show for viewing for as long as possible and certainly do not remove before 4.00pm, thank you.
The trophies are awarded for one year only. Winners are encouraged to have their name & the year engraved

1 All exhibits, personal property, etc. will be left at the personal risk of the Exhibitor and neither Bromham Show nor any member thereof will be liable for loss or damage due to any cause whatsoever.
2 The judges will be at liberty to withhold prizes for want of competition or insufficient merit. The judges’ decision will be final.

The W.I. & Bromham Allotments awards are given to the member gaining the most points across all divisions, points are awarded 1st = 3 points, 2nd = 2 points, 3rd = 1 point.
The Peter Weston Cup will be awarded for the Best Car at the show.
Rules and Helpful Hints
Produce should be carefully washed and prepared and displayed on a 7” / 175mm paper plate (classes 1–6 + 14–15). Carrots – tops cut to 2” / 50mm. Onions – roots trimmed/virtually shaved and the top stalk bound with raffia. Lettuces should have roots attached. Collection of 4 different types of vegetables to be displayed in a 9½” x 15” / 240mm x 380mm seed tray, herbs should be named. Flowers should not be tied together. One specimen rose in a vase (with water). Unless otherwise stated, exhibits should be of one variety only. Flowers for the flower arranging may be purchased unless otherwise specified. Other than petite or miniature arrangements, all flower arranging must be completed between 8am to 10am on the Show morning. You can bring along your flowers/ vases/bowls and accessories for setting up on the Saturday afternoon from 12pm to 2pm in the village hall, so you are ready to complete your arrangement(s) on Sunday morning.
Exhibitors should use their own vases, plates, dishes etc.
4 The Show Team reserves the right to refuse any entry.
3 All articles must be the bona fide work of the Exhibitor and where relevant must have been grown by the Exhibitor on ground owned or rented by him/her. (Except flower arranging.)
5 Any exhibits not removed from the exhibition tables will be deemed to have been donated.
