The Brome Grange Hotel has been granted a license to hold Civil Ceremonies at the premises which are located just off the A140 near to Diss, The Brome Grange offers an ideal venue for your perfect day.

The enchanted and delightful 16th Century Tithe Barn can hold up to 120 people sit down and up to 200 evening guests. The Grange Suite is also available for smaller, more intimate occasions and can hold up to 40 people respectively for Marriage and Civil Partnership Ceremonies.

Banqueting Menu Create your own 3 course menu by selecting one starter, one main course and one dessert for all of your guests. Additional courses can be added and the prices of these are shown below. Please also choose vegetarian options where applicable. If you require more than one choice of courses then a pre order WILL be required at least 14 days in advance.

Accommodation A complimentary standard double room is included for the Bride and Groom with all our wedding packages. You can upgrade to one of our Executive Suites for just a one off cost of £45.00.

Group Bookings - We are able to offer discounted rates on Wedding Guest accommodation, please speak with our Wedding Co-ordinator who will be able to assist..

We will allocate The Bridal Party 10 rooms provisionally at The Hotel which will be held until 8 weeks prior to day. If a member of your party wishes to book an allocated room you must provide us with their name and address details and also a valid credit or debit card to secure the booking. Once the ten rooms are booked then all other rooms are available on a first come first served basis at full rack rate.

Entertainment We are able to offer you a superb rate from our resident discotheque – S&D Roadshow.

Please enquire with your events manager for the current rate. If you choose to book your own entertainment we must be supplied with a valid certificate of liability insurance.

License Our current entertainment and bar license are available until midnight. If you require a later license we can apply for an extended license at cost. The hotel is also licensed to hold civil ceremonies, further information may be obtained from our Events Manager.

Chair Covers We are able to offer chair covers at a cost of £2.50per chair which covers the insurance, installation and collection. You are able to organise your own, however we cannot accept liability for any losses, insurance claims or incorrect fitting.

Coatroom The Tithe Barn has a small area for guest’s coats. This area is provided for your private use, however we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or losses.

Parking The Brome Grange is able to allocate up to 150 car parking spaces and we do not envisage any problems with parking during your event.

Photographers Photos may be taken throughout the Hotels Public areas and grounds. Please speak to our wedding or events manager if you require recommendations.

Florist Flowers are included in Wedding Package C and D. However if you would prefer to organise your own flowers our wedding or events manager can help with recommendations Toastmaster Use of our resident toastmaster is an option in Package D. However if you would like to organise a toastmaster we can help arrange this.

Celebration Cake A Traditional Wedding Cake is an option in Package D. However if you would prefer to organise your own cake our wedding or events manager can help with recommendations.

Terms and Conditions Please see our full terms and conditions for all Weddings. Available as a separate document from reception.

Deposits A deposit of £250.00 is required to secure the date of your wedding. This must be made by cleared funds by either debit, credit card, cash or cleared bank payment.

50% of the full quotation balance is required no more than 3 months prior to the wedding date with the remainder balance required 14 days prior to the wedding day.

All accommodation and extras must be paid for on departure.
