A Message from the Club
At Top Caliber Volleyball Club, our approach is for our athletes to have FUN, while also growing their volleyball IQ. This is one of the first things we discuss when describing the club to a new athlete, parent, or coach interested in getting involved.
This approach embodies our values of personal improvement, a growth mindset, and a sense of culture. From a coaching perspective, this translates to a focus on process, rather than outcomes, and progress over straight wins.
By focusing on the processes by which we coach, manage a game or practice, or run our programs, we devote more of our attention to things over which we have some control, rather than things we cannot control. We focus on overall growth, rather than wins and losses.
We want all of our athletes to feel comfortable and have fun playing a game that we feel is the best sport invented. We are grateful for our players, coaches, parents, and anyone who is a part of our culture at Top Caliber Volleyball Club and look forward to a bright future in eastern North Carolina.

Top Caliber Volleyball Club was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to have a place where a group of 12 girls could fulfill their passion despite unprecedented times. Since then, the club has grown to more than 100 participants including teams in ages 12-18.
The intent of TCVC is to offer a place for athletes all over eastern North Carolina to learn and enhance their skills while creating a positive team culture for everyone. Top Caliber holds open tryouts and is open to any dedicated player who would like to try out for the club.
Mission Statement
Top Caliber Volleyball Club is committed to providing our athletes with the best quality coaching staff available to develop and improve their volleyball skills through practices and competitions. Athletes from all levels are encouraged to participate, including beginning players all the way to advanced levels. TCVC promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, culture, and success on an off the court. We also promote FUN.
